Karen Decher is multimedia artist living in the Hudson Valley . One of her passions is processional art - creating large-scale puppets for parades and art events. Using paper mache, cardboard, and repurposed fabric, she worked with members of the community to build the fiery dragon puppet who leads the Fuller Moon parade.
